Joe is a 30-year veteran of the business, and has worked on numerous, specialized and complex projects locally, in Southern California and nationwide. He has led many teams in both design and planning, specializing in program-intensive healthcare projects.

In recent years, Joe has designed projects for several dozen churches and non-profit organizations, including new worship facilities for large congregations over 1,000 members.

Prior to starting his own practice in 2005, Joe has worked for some of the most prestigious firms in the country, including Ellerbe Becket, SmithGroup, HOK and others. He has worked on projects all over the country and 3 projects in Seoul, Korea.
